A Conference on International Affairs
is going to be held on 22nd and 23rd January, 2020 at the
WestInn Hotel, Rajarhat and again on 13th March at the Lalit Great
Eastern Hotel organized by Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India. Ambassador Sarvajit Chakravarti, IFS (Retd),
a well-wisher of ICSA, is the principal organizer of this conference in
Kolkata. I have been requested by him to
recommend names of some of the civil service aspirants attached to ICSA to work
as Rapporteurs. The job will be to
take notes of the discussions and speeches made. The report is required to be submitted within
5 days of the Conference. The assignment involves payment of honorarium to the
Rapporteurs. ICSA students who feel
confident to handle this responsibility and desire to get exposed to such an
event are advised to contact me immediately.
